Legally required deletion of account according to the DSVGO
Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to delete my account but every attempt to do that is disrupted by a 'Sorry, something went wrong, try again later' popup.
I am mad. The help center didn't help, as all of the messages I sent there only end in the Tinder help email account ghosting/ not replying and straight up ignoring my request for deletion.
I have sent faxes, private messages on Instagram and TikTok, desperate messages to all of your email addresses, multiple requests to the help centers, tried for hours and hours, watched tutorials, asked on Reddit, etc. Nothing helps, but mostly Tinder doesn't.
I want to use this opportunity to kindly remind you of the fact that you are legally required to delete my data according to the DSVGO.
I am not happy with the circumstances and will make sure my account will be deleted by you; no matter if it requires legal steps.
I urge you to delete my account.

Dear tinder pissed consumer

Viele männliche User sind nur Fakeprofile, Sie sind auf Tinder um die weiblichen User abzuzocken! Sie kommunizieren den Damen das Sie ehrliche Absichten haben und Sie sogar ehelichen wollen!
Aber nach einem längeren Zeitraum fordern Sie Geld , angeblich als Darlehen wegen eines finanziellen Engpasses! Ich habe diese Problematik bei Tinder Support nun schon das dritte Mal moniert aber leider erfolglos!!
Mehrere Herren haben mich angeschrieben, angeblich beruflich z. Zeit im Ausland!
Sie wollten nach baldiger Pensionierung (3 Mo.?) nach Deutschland zurück und mich kennen lernen! Zwecks verspäteter Lebensgemeinschaft und darauf folgende Hochzeit!
Längerer Zeitraum geschrieben und dann Geld gefordert, Wegen eines finanziellen Engpasses! Ich habe natürlich kein Geld überwiesen, sondern die Person sterben blockiert!

Banned account
I exchanged over 9 emails with tinder customer service, and they did absolutely nothing to help. My account was banned due to some violation of community guidelines ( which was not true ) and when I asked which ones I violated or what I did wrong, they told me the could not help me with absolutely anything or provide me with any information and copied and pasted the email in which they said they would not help.

Suspended without any concrete reason
My account was suddenly suspended without communicating any concrete reasons. The customer service talks about violation of guidelines but they reject to give more details and explain why.
I paid 99 Euro for subscription but can not access to my account. If my money is not refunded or my account is not activated again, this is a pure fraud!
